Prepare every returning patient
The chart opens with prior visits, current medicines, allergies and the trends the clinic tracks — so the doctor is not reconstructing history from a paper file.
Run the day without the register
Day and week calendars, walk-ins, check-in and a live waiting queue. The server refuses double bookings outright, even when two people book the same slot at once.
Document the visit once
Notes and prescriptions are drafted, then signed. A signed record cannot be quietly overwritten — corrections are appended, with the author and time on each one.
Handle outside reports properly
Patients and staff upload reports to a private store. They sit in a review list until a clinician actually reads them, and reach the patient only when released.
Know what was collected
Invoices with real line items, partial payments, receipts, and a daily collection summary the clinic accountant can export.
Keep follow-ups moving
A doctor-set follow-up becomes actual work with a due date and an owner, plus an email reminder — and every outcome, including 'no response', is recorded.

Straight answers
- Who is this built for?
- Owner-operated adult outpatient clinics with one to three doctors, a receptionist, one location and patients who come back. It was shaped around diabetes and endocrinology practice, and handles ordinary adult OPD work too.
- What is it not?
- It is not a hospital system. There is no inpatient or bed management, no operating theatre, no insurance claims, no laboratory sample processing, no pharmacy stock and no payroll. It is deliberately an outpatient record.
- How do patients get access to their records?
- Only through an invitation sent to a verified address, which the patient accepts. Access is never granted by matching a name, a phone number or an unverified email — a shared family phone number does not open anyone's chart.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes. An authorised member of the clinic can export patient records and attachments in a structured, usable form. The data is the clinic's.
- Is it ABDM or ABHA integrated?
- No, and ABDM participation is voluntary for private clinics. Patient identity is kept independent of ABHA and clinical data retains its provenance, so an adapter remains possible later. We do not display a readiness badge for something we have not built.
- Does it prescribe or suggest diagnoses?
- No. Every medicine, dose, frequency and duration is entered by the clinician; nothing is defaulted or inferred. The software keeps records — it does not offer clinical advice.
- What about prescriptions and signatures?
- Prescriptions are generated as branded PDFs for printing and signing. A drawn signature image is not a legally valid digital signature under the IT Act, so we do not describe it as one.
- What stage is the product at?
- Early. We are looking for a small number of pilot clinics to work with directly. There are no paying customers yet and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
