Find your documents
Open Documents to see records your clinician has released. Use the available open or download action to view a file.
An uploaded report may still be awaiting review. Contact your clinic if you are expecting a document that is not visible.
Check an invoice
Open Invoices, choose an invoice, and review its services, payments and outstanding amount. Select Print / save PDF for a printable copy.
If a payment or charge looks wrong, contact the clinic. The portal does not currently collect online payments.
